This store is awesome, great prices, great quality on clothes, great brands. My mother, who is 65 goes there at least once a week since She has a Macy’s credit card. A few days ago I went with my mother and there was a problem. I didn’t like the way She treated my mother and I. I believe her name was Esperanza or Esmeralda( Mexican lady on her 30’s probably). Since the moment we approached to the desk to pay, She didn’t say Hi or even lift her head to look at us. She just scanned the items and gave us the bag saying thanks but without even looking at us . She was not nice at all and like I said my mother goes there a lot and never say anything because She doesn’t speak English well. I think if somebody don’t have the customer service skills to attend people then they should be in the back unloading boxes .
