Great customer service. Lucretia and Carla were extremely patient with my questions and worked as a team to fix the issues that I was having. Carla is my go to girl when it comes to Verizon. she's very helpful, courteous, and polite. Every time I've had any issues she handles them all quickly and with ease. she treats me like she's known me her whole life and always has a smile on her face. I will continue to do my business here as long as she's here.
Had to come in because my phone was acting crazy and Jeremy helped me. He was patient and explained everything to me what he was doing as he did it. He took his time and made me feel like I wasn't stupid when I asked questions. Jeremy got me up and going again with my phone!! Thank you! My family and I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Before it had always been a hassle going into a Verizon location asking for help with phone services but I had met Carla a couple years ago at the Sweetwater location and I said I wouldn't ever deal with anyone else! She is very knowledgeable and can always answer any questions I have. Her hometown friendless goes above and beyond. She is a wonderful asset to the company and I will continue to do business with her.
