There is just nothing to complain about. Employees are friendly, I was very pleased with the assistance! Best Shopping Experience EVER! Highly rec amend! I will be getting more from them in the future! Wonderful people!
After purchasing several things from this store, I thought that being a loyal customer and paying on time would have afforded me some respect and compassion. My bed broke and even though the warranty was up, it was clear that it broke because of a fault in assembling. I called and pleaded for some understanding for several weeks but it went on deaf ears. Today I called to make my payment and again I tried to explain what had happened. I was shown no courtesy the manager was as cold as ice. When I finally decided that I would pay to replace a part that was broken, I asked if the installation fee could be waived. I was told by the manager that I could pick it up myself and install it. Why would I call if I could install it myself? I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and not even common courtesy could be extended. However to be fair, Chandler has always been courteous.
I didn't make the purchase because I needed time to budget the cost but the manager (Taneshia) had shown probably the best customer service I've had in many years. Super clean and well organized store. The entire staff was friendly. Much enjoyable experience. God bless.
