Wasn’t even able to stay, my family drove 10 hours got stuck in traffic and arrived at the hotel an hour late from check in time(which they called and the hotel assured they were fine) only to arrive and not have a room, no one was aware of the fact that if you don’t get there before check in time they run a “pre verification “ on the card on file, and if it don’t go through you don’t get your room and it gets canceled! She has two kids and has health problems and is now sitting in her car trying to find a hotel in a town where everything is booked up! Awful

My daughter was traveling from Florida to South Carolina and had a reservation. She got stuck in traffic and called them to let them know they were going to be late for checking. The girl Sonya on the phone stayed everything was fine and they would have a room when they got there. When they arrived, they were informed that they gave their room away and didn't have anything left. They didn't offer no help or anything. Stay away from this place!!!! I would have given zero stars if I could. Worst hotel ever!!!!

I am a relative of the manager Angela at this location. The older caucasian lady who refused to tell me her name was extremely rude and hateful. I tried to book on Hotels.com to arrive and be told there was no availability. I hope that the staff improves their attitude.

The staff( especially Mary) was extremely helpful. This is not the Ritz, but it is so much easier being on the road when the folks who work there seem to enjoy their job and helping guests.nnPool not looking great(Covid 19) but the breakfast was more than adequate and to go bags were plentiful and well stocked.nnI would stay here again if passing through.
