I love their garden center in Spring and Summer. The flowers are so colorful and just beautiful. My con is that every rose I've ever bought from here died after the first year and I didn't have my receipt to get a refund. I've shopped throughout the store and I'm still pleased with most of my purchases. Several items in the lawn and garden area, I've purchased in the past, are no longer available now. Easy on the watering in the indoor selection please. Plants are yellowing and dying from too much water. Anytime water pours out, when you pick up a plant, is way too much watering. They need a better selection of indoor plants as well. Same old same old, nothing new or exciting. That is, if there are any there at all. It's been pretty much empty lately, besides too many Elephant Bush plants.

My sister and I were shopping for a heavy duty staple gun. Picture it 2 60++ women trying to figure it out. Clueless is an understatement. A wonderful young man named Tucker came along and asked if he could help us. Listened as we tried to explain what we were trying to accomplish and not only assisted us in our selection. But opened the package and demonstrated how to safely load it. In addition to explaining how to use it to handle our project successfully. Tucker went above and beyond and in our opinion Lowe's has hired themselves management material. My sister and I left the store still shocked and surprised by Tucker's thoughtful customer service . I truly hope a manager from lowe's sees this and takes notice of what an outstanding and dedicated employee he really is! Sincerely 2 grateful old ladies

I placed my order online and requested curbside service. I received a call about 2 hours later telling me that my order was ready for pickup. I asked the woman who called how I could apply my veterans discount to the order and she said she would take care of it. She did indeed apply my discount, my order was ready to go and a gentleman (Josh?),cheerfully loaded it into my car. Wonderful experience !
