Selina always gives great customer service and is very helpful in helping me find everything I need without making multiple trips in store.
My husband & I are fairly new to the area. We were riding throughout the neighboring towns (getting to know area) & came across Badcock. We ate lunch at a Mexican restaurant like 3 doors down and then went inside afterwards. There were 2 young ladies in the front of store- off to the right. We were standing outside for a few minutes debating on whether we were going to window shop or go inside.... We went inside and the women continued with the bed tat they were near and one of the ladies looked up front. The2nd looked as well & they went to the cash register/ counter towards back of store. We walked around for about 7 minutes but ended up leaving because NO ONE still acknowledged us. AND NO, WE WEREN'T BEHIND A DRESSER!!!!nnMust Not Have Been Interested in Selling a Living Room, Dining, Bed Set & Various Furniture :(nI will continue my search
They charged my 100$ to bring 2 recliners 2.1 miles! RIP OFF! I bought a bed from Dixie Furniture and they charged me 0$.
I really appreciate everyone there. I never had a bad experience. They are always curtious and professional.
Titus gives outstanding customer service. He ALWAYS calls back if he says he will. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products on the showroom floor (ie. fabrics, color availability and durability). It would be a tragedy for them to lose him as his personality and knowledge of products make him a HUGE asset to the company!!! We LOVE Titus Spence!!!
