Great furniture selection. Nice prices and financing

I was dealing with Jill the financial lady and I had 2 separate instances with her where she talked down to me so I know she just wasn’t having a bad day.nn1) my 3rd month in, my payment was a month behind due to me losing my job, car breaking down, and phone breaking so I had no phone or transportation so I messaged the Facebook page of the North Charleston office and I was told she would send me an email so we could talk about payment arrangements, I never received an email and she decided to call EVERYONE on my reference list threatening that if I talked to the North Charleston office again about matters in HER store that she would personally void my contract and come get my furniture. We ended up paying 2 months to catch up and pay ahead some.nn2) yesterday actually, I get paid bi monthly and our bill was not even a 10 days late and she called my husband ONCE about the bill the day it was due and it honestly slipped his mind. So we were going to go in Friday and just pay the couches off completely, But then I get a call from the people on my reference that she called them yet AGAIN threatening to pick up my furniture if payment wasn’t received by today, so I call her and she tells me that I had a contract that maybe I should probably read it because she doesn’t do business with people like me. And I told her that my bill was 12 days late not 3 months and she said well that’s 12 days to many. It was nonstop threatening and talking over me and trying to intimidate me and everything so I finnaly just told her to come pick up HER furniture and I nore my family will EVER do business with a place that let’s their employees talk down to their customers. Hard lesson learned and I lost all the money I’ve spent so far. Now I realize why every time I go in there there’s no customer because they have no customer service whatsoever. And she also refused to give me the owners number or anyone higher up from her.
