We were greeted twice upon entering the store, by the man helping with the coat drive (!) and then by the saleswoman. Sherry was great-- she listens well and only showed us furniture relevant to our needs. The prices seem reasonable. The wait time is longer because of the impact of Covid-19 on the supply chain, but 12-15 weeks feels OK under the circumstances. We'll see when our order is delivered if the customer service continues as well as the order process.
A couple of weeks ago I had a very enjoyable experience while shopping at FWDG. Beverly was such a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable with all of my inquiries, extremely patience with my antics (changing my mind several times) and very understanding about the furniture, materials, delivery, etc. Thank you!
