I need a patio umbrella and the store has some here and there outside on display and that pulled me in. I saw the color I needed as I drove by today. In fact, two of them, I felt lucky. I entered the store and a salesman asked if I needed help. I explained I wanted to look at patio umbrellas. I guess I expected them to have a section with umbrellas for sale. I told him the size and color I needed and he looked in his binder....I knew them it wasn’t going to be easy to buy my umbrella. He said it could take up to 10 weeks to have it made. I told him there are two outside like I want and I asked him if I could buy one of them. He didn’t know so I asked a woman behind the counter. She said no. So is that customer service? I don’t think so. Everything you want to buy here has to be ordered and made. I prefer to be able to decide on something like a patio umbrella and take it home with me, not wait 10 weeks. Why couldn’t I buy the one they had at the store? I plan on enjoying my patio for the next 10 weeks instead of waiting for an umbrella. I’ll get one online and it will be here by next week. And still be Sunbrella fabric.

Great product. We had some issues with delivery being longer than we had planned, but Kyle was willing to make things right. We were even allowed to borrow a table and chair set until ours came in. The delivery crew was fantastic. Trey went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

We had a great experience here from just browsing through delivery. The sales people are not pushy, they let you know they are there if you have questions and are very helpful when you do have questions. The ordering process was very easy. There are a lot of selections with color, style, functionality. The furniture arrived in good condition and we are loving it. Every person we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful, from the sales people to the delivery guys. I would highly recommend this furniture and location.
