Terrible service and follow up. Took our order and end of service. Impossible to get a delivery date for 4 months until recliner arrived at store. Damp musty odor from chair intolerable-notified salesperson(Monique) who claimed she would contact manufacturer for a service person to come and rectify the situation. That was 2 weeks ago and have had no response to date. Take your money and go elsewhere. This business is unreliable and unresponsive.

Great place to shop, Monique will find the furniture pieces you are looking for, she is very knowledgeable with her inventory and will spend time looking up the perfect piece of furniture.

DO NOT waste time at this store. Manager and son are both dunces and do not deserve to be in business. We bought a house full of furniture and they sold two night stands that were part of our order. Now the night stands need to be ordered and NO ONE knows when they will be delivered, maybe 5-6 weeks. We paid by credit card and the bully of a manager won’t refund money or offer credit. They have my money and I do not have all of my furniture. And then the managers son delivered a box spring to our house and left it outside. Yes, we paid for delivery, guess that does not include bringing into the house. We were home waiting for the delivery and no one called. My husband and I brought the box spring into the house and go it on to bed frame. Run away from this place as fast as you can.
