As far as Sales honesty goes i am extremely satisfied. I worked for both circuit city and Sears doing cell phones and extremely happy with the Stores honesty. They did not try to make me pay for a Sim card. Right now with most Metro phones Sim card is already in the box. If anyone I know needs Metro pcs this lady is second to none for honesty. At times any phone store can be busy. Google maps on some business let you know how busy a. business is before you go there. I love google maps and the honesty of this younger lady Bus route 200 will take you to this honest store. Have a great day

Best place for phones
Great staff. This is the best metro pcs store in the valley. Aurora is an expert. She answered all the questions I had. She said it will take 20 minutes and it took 20 minutes.
Metro by T-MOBILE Ms.Aurua see greeted me and my spouse as we came in she asked kindly what she could do for us I pointed out I needed to replace the UBS. Card from just the jack to the phone then she remembered I didn't have a case for my other phone so located it asked what color I would like I told her silver the employees at the metro by T-mobile where I go are angels see aurua sold only theUBS cable not the whole unit but she remembered I needed a case so she brought it to my attention Aurua and the store a number in price Buts Tops in service
