I've been in this store several times and they are not very helpful. This time I called the 800 line first and got set up before hand, thinking if they didn't have to do anything and just had to pick it up it would be better. Nope. Still not helpful.
I read the reviews before I came to this store and I noticed a girl mentioned a few times. As I was talking to a super helpful employee I looked at her name tag and recognized the name. Jimary really was extremely helpful and so sweet. Makes sense other reviewers mention her by name. I was there when an older gentleman came in asking for help setting up Netflix and knew her by name and I thought it was great that even though he wasn’t there for anything other than help they treated him very kindly. I know what store I’m going to for any future needs.
I had the best customer service here! Jimary helped me out and she made the process so easy. She explained everything in detail to me and answered all of my questions that I had. By far the best customer service I have received!
Great Service! Went in with my girlfriend she got a new phone and the team was awesome, incredibly friendly and so helpful.
