I came in here today to get some parts replaced for a drum chair that needed some help. I was greeted right when I walked in, and helped right away. It took like 2 minutes for the tech to find the parts needed, and in that 2 minutes that I waited at the counter, 2 other people asked me if I was being helped yet. Amazing place, and very friendly!! They didn't service the chair I brought in anymore, but helped me with some spare parts in the back that were lying around anyway, and it is back to 100% again... So I got my chair fixed!! Great place to do business, I highly recommend it. Thanks guys!!
It was my good fortune to work with Chris at BackBeats and Performance Audio. From my initial telephone conversation with Chris, to pickup day, to my return today, all I can say is WOW! Talk about incredible customer service! We rented a drum set and a keyboard for a fund raising event. The equipment was amazing! Well maintained, clean, and ready to go. They didn't skimp on anything, even including a rug on which to set up the drums, and a seat for each. It became apparent that everyone there is a professional - both musically and in customer service, and I really appreciated both, especially since I am not a drum expert myself. The musicians who played their instruments were thrilled, and our event was a great success, thanks to these guys. If you are in the market for drum or music rental, I highly recommend these guys. They are spot on!
great gear to rent and reasonable pricing
It's probably the best place to get good value drums for the lowest price that anyone can find. Everyone working behind the counter are just great people and it's the only place where I go for any kind of info on drums. The only place that I will recommend to go to for drumming needs!
Called to let them know I was gonna be a bit late - they stayed 2.5 hours after closing-time for me. Great trade-in value, and ended up bringing home an awesome DW kit. Very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and willing to help. Owner even stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of, though the sales rep, his name was Meter, was the most knowledgeable person about drums, I've ever personally met, and very capable. Very highly recommended.
