I had some custom XLR mic cables made here and Ryan S. is a professional in every way. I wasn't sure where to start with the variety of connectors and options they have, but Ryan pointed me in right direction and got me sorted at a fair price as well, considering the custom nature of the cables.

I had the wrong type of cables pulled into the walls of my home theater room and was stuck. Darrin Porter resolved the issue and took considerable time by fitting special terminals to the cables and tested each terminal to make sure they were working. he found one that was not to his satisfaction so took even more time to remove and replace the terminal. then he only charged me for the terminals not anything for the considerable time he spent resolving my problems. Without his knowledge and experience I would not be able to have my sound system work. I would recommend this company to anyone. They go above and beyond with regards to customer service.
Excellent experience particularly Dave app performance. knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as are all of the staff great selection of pro audio and lighting equipment. Love em, highly recommended.
As a professional audio engineer, I have used Performance Audio several times to purchase gear. They offer competitive pricing on the same gear I used to order from another place online. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I need a new piece of equipment now, Performance Audio is the first place I look.
The staff was extremely professional and willing to help out. I called weeks before packing my equipment in for repair to ensure they could repair my equipment, which I was told they could. I showed up, packed in my equipment and was then informed they were unable to repair it so I had to go elsewhere. Out of the multiple times I've been here, this has been the only hiccup I've had. I'd still recommend them for you pro audio needs.
