The wifi receiver on the laptop my daughter uses for her school from home suddenly stopped working. We took it to CompuTech solely based that they came up first when I did a search. We were very impressed with the turn around and frankness of the staff. They didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary equipment or services. So happy to recommend them and will use them again for future computer repairs if needed.
Was visiting area from out of town when spilled White Claw on Acer Aspire E15. Stopped by very late in the day and asked some questions about repair options. Very helpful and friendly service answered all of my questions. I was only in town for the day so I decided to wait til I got home to repair but still a great experience. Would recommend.
They fixed my laptop that was running very slow. The customer service was excellent, and very honest. I highly recommend this business!
