Horrible, just flat out horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. I was told that my washer and dryer would be delivered sometime this afternoon, then told sometime after 3pm. Took off work all day, sat at home and waited... NOTHING. NO phone call, NO text, NO email, NO effort what so ever to let me know they were running late, or wouldn't be able to deliver. I wasted my ENTIRE day for no reason. I work for a living and support myself, so it is irritating and a major inconvenience to play with my time. That is not only disrespectful, but poor customer service. I called them at 550pm and was told I was the next to the last delivery. They closed at 7pm and it is now 10pm... still NOTHING. I am beyond upset. This comes after my washer and dryer has been sent off for 4 months to be repaired, I had to wait 3 months to get a loaner washer and dryer (which is too big and takes up 90% of my hallway), and now I am being lied to about delivery. This is unacceptable customer service. I will never purchase from AARON'S again and strongly DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Ashley, Daniel and Pat. I appreciate yall with everything i have in me. Never once threatened to repo our stuff when we fell incredibly behind. Love this store!!!

Always on time with payments. We are in a pandemic and money is a little tighter than usual. Was told I have 4 days to pay or they will come take my stuff back. It's only been 6 hours since the due date. We are paying these off and never giving this place business again.
