we purchased electric couch and love seat set from them and were talked into buying their warranty and was told by sales person and manager at that time that if you would buy the warranty you could have them come out and clean it as many times as you like and they would fix any thing that was wrong with it, that was a lie. we first had issue with it about 1yr after we got it called and it took awhile for someone to come out to fix it. It was sagging on one side and my wife wanted it cleaned and they came out and said we only spot clean and the sagging was normal wear and tear and it couldn't be fixed we were also told it that was the case that if it couldn't be fixed they would replace the whole set so they would match well we contacted them at the store and they said they would contact corporate and get back with us and that the the old manager and employees were terminated because of the lies they used selling the furniture and corporate office even new about it but they gave us the runaround and never did do anything for months so finally the motor worm sprocket on the reclining part broke and I new ffo wouldn't do anything so before I to upset I called the manufacture of the furniture who made it and explain it to them and they were very friendly and apologize for the issue's i was having and they asked me it i felt conformable in fixing it myself since i new what the problem was and i said yes and the sent me the parts for free and i had them in 2 days with a very quick and friendly phone call to manufacture. FFO is non reliable and very poor customer service after the sale wouldn't recommend them at all will not stand behind what they tell in in the store and you need to read their fine print. Furniture manufacture also told me there wasn't a part on the love seat or couch that cost more than $40.00 it they are not covered under warranty by the manufacture and they would be glad to assist me if i had any more issue's the furniture.

Worse place ever, I will never step back into that place again. Talk about a lesson well learned. I'll be sure to let my friends know to stay clear of that place.

Kind of expensive, found it hard to get ahold of anyone to answer my questions

Man these guys here were great. Products are quality and prices are unbeatable. Thanks a ton to Eli our salesperson for being so helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
