I will never buy anything from Kaz Furniture in Shawnee again.nWe were lied to about our mattress purchase from Tony on January 2, 2021. We were told there was a 365 day warranty. The mattress we purchased is causing pain in our backs. I called and spoke to Missy about exchanging it for a firmer mattress. She told me the mattress we purchased does not come with a warranty. We only had the mattress for 3 weeks and for a company not to at least give a 30 day warranty is BS. Don't buy from Kaz Furniture!!! Liars!!!!
First time customer. I purchased a dresser from here. The price was much lower than competitors and the shipping was free, which has been hard to find with large furniture. They even offered to help assemble. The owner was extremely friendly and took care of my order himself. I appreciate the good customer service and competitive prices. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
