The camera install went really well considering this is a tough place to wire. Bill and Kolby did an excellent job in both installing, giving their opinion and listening to our needs. Excellent all the way through.
Its been 2 years trying to get a quote to update my cameras and add some some new ones.
We shall see if they come through. At this time. I giving a 3 since they have been good about every thing else. if I do not hear back, I will decrease the review and I will raise it if they respond and I finally get a quote 2 years later.
Great service response by ProCom and their technician, Sergio! Arrived on time, fixed the complicated issue staying late “until the job was done”! The best security company I’ve worked with! Thank you Nick, Kristina, Matt, and now Sergio!
We have been working with procom for several years and have been very happy with their service.
