Crazy brilliant. Ridiculously small lifts, amazingly quirky, marvelous rooms and furniture. This is a work of art. It is shabby but get over it. Observe the clever concepts and views. Think about how difficult it was to build. And then check out the Copper Bar and restaurant.

Well, where do I start? I placed a reservation online 3 weeks in advance, after repeatedly calling and nobody would answer the phone!nI went to check in and the gentleman at the desk at first said that he couldn't find my reservation.... I said I have it here on my email. Then he said he found it with only 2 reservation papers that he had in his hand. Assuming that one of those papers he held in his hand was mine... It was. Then I gave him my credit card and he ran the card and said it was declined!nI replied, I know how much of a limit I had on that card. Then he ran it again, it went through. Then he gave me keys that were not activated and wouldn't open the door! Went back down 13 floors on a elevator that is made for elves..nThen reactivated the keys and went back up the elf elevator and open the door to 2 queen beds! I reserved a king size room, not a queen size!nSo, back to elf size elevator down 13 floors and said to the gentleman at the desk.... This is incorrect! We had reserved at king size room! He looked at the computer and then sent me away with keys to our king size room that we had paid for. Then up 12 floors on the elf elevator, the room was a JUNIOR SUITE! NOT A KING ROOM ! At this time I'm like over it! Completely!nSo stayed in the room. The room had ONLY a space heater that kept it warm! Froze all night!nOnly good thing I can say that the bed was very comfortable and enjoyed being able to park our vehicle under the outside covering and the sink was cool!nThe carpet was stained, view not as described, light didn't work on the desk. Coffepot had left over coffee pod that was old! Toilet ring was lose and made noise! I appreciate old historical buildings and things of that nature, but I feel that the overall experience makes me feel sorry for anyone staying in this hotel!

Literally one of the best nights of sleeping I've ever had in a hotel. The rooms where beautiful and the restaurant was amazing. Staff was super nice.

They room was interesting! Lots of windows which I loved however we were there 3 nights and 4 days and could not eventake a shower unless someone was it the desk to let us into another room for a shower! And that wasn't even offered Untill our last day. (There was no cold water) had to use 2 different key cards, one for the elevator and none for the room. There wasn't even a microwave. Thats just to name a few things. $135 a night, never again.
