So looking for a new battery for my car, along with questions about other issues. Price for a battery was almost $100 less than Pep Boys Which was great, but employee Andrew was so helpful. He went above and beyond for me! While being the only employee available as well as handling other customers. That guy deserves a RAISE!
Would really like to give you guys my businessbut out of 3 employees in the store only one of them was wearing a mask and they weren't wearing it right anyway with their nose hanging out. I need to buy parts for my automobile but I have a son that has heart problems and I'm not taking that chance on getting sick. The store on 631 E 3300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84106
It was great walked in and 3 mins. later walked out with front brake bolts, brake fluid and grease. Lady at counter was great friendly, and efficient, I will definitely go back for my auto needs.
Staff was not wearing masks appropriately. One was a chin strap the other was a nose dangler. I left and don't plan on returning. The auto parts store up the street doesnt seem to struggle with wearing their masks appropriately.
Great place to get quality, decent prices parts and fluid for your automobile. Every employee is on their game and ready to help. Tim on first call buisness side is the man. Very experienced in this industry and always ready to help. Tasha, the store manager, is super cool, helpful, and ready to help you repair your project, cheap, and literally will bend over backwards for you to get your parts or satisfaction with anything! Awesome environment and everyone there is key to their overall success.
