Young man, I believe the owner's son, came out for warranty work on our maytag washer. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He took his time to make the right adjustments and did not leave until I was satisfied with the washer. It didn't take that long but it seems most people are in a rush to finish and get out. I would definitely recommend them!!
Friendly service, helped me find exactly what I wanted. First item I picked was too large to get in my place so they let me return it and pick something else, no hassle. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Extremely happy with the home repairs done by Jordan. Called one evening about broken washer; he came that next morning and parts I needed were in the day after that. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and very fast! Hopefully won't have to call for any other appliances, but if I do, I'm going to Root's!
