The selection is what you expect of an RH store.nThe store was clean, and the bathrooms were nice.nThe service was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They gave us good recommendations based on our needs.nAlso everyone was very kind and patient with my toddler, whom after a little bit of exploring was done being there.

The experience at the store was exceptional. Kathy was very helpful. The three star review here is due to less than acceptable delivery. It states on the website that delivery is 3 to 10 days to most areas. Kathy confirmed that I would have my chairs before Thanksgiving. It seems rather than shipping the chairs to Tulsa and then from Tulsa to our location, Missouri is in the Kansas City area instead. To be able to get the chairs by Thanksgiving we’re going to have to drive to Kansas City and pick them up.If you’re in a hurry for your merchandise I would suggest you double check the delivery time.

First I have to say the lady that greeted me when I first walked in was a delight to talk to. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I'm only giving them a 1 star because Restoration Hardware has changed to a design studio. No longer are the days where you could walk in and buy a ton of things for your home. It was very disappointing. Everything is online only so don't waste your time going unless you need help designing s couch or to look at swatches.
