I don’t see Bluff Landing Public Use area on your list of campgrounds but since we write our checks to Tulsa District I’m assuming this is the right district. I love this campground and we use it quite often. It’s a hidden gem and seemingly unknown but by several frequent users and of course the fishermen. But, I think it is neglected as far as money spent on upkeep. It must be on the bottom of the list. There is no hot water in the bathrooms. The playground is of poor quality and is old and the ground underneath worn into deep flooded trenches usually. The river banks (in the water) are never cleared, there are old barrels and buckets and trash everywhere. Of course, the fishermen don’t seem to mind. The flags are old and torn. The concrete picnic tables and benches have broken ends and are taped with duct tape! Still, when kept mowed this is a beautiful place. The big trees, the honeysuckle, the crape myrtles, and the bamboo are gorgeous.

Very poorly managed. The flood pictures and videos in Oklahoma explains it all. The Corps could have released more water sooner and saved Oklahoma. Their logic: we don't want to flood the rivers in Arkansas. This whole department is poorly managed and it shows with every employee. The field rangers are narcissistic and not held accountable for bad decisions. Complaints do no good. Common sense is not allowed with them. Everybody in this organization should be fired and replaced with people that use common sense. If not, then cut funding to the whole organization.

Everything Pro Rater said was Spot On!nMore rain is coming and their not ready yet. Leaving their self set up to flood people a second time. What's wrong with these people. No common sense when it comes to controlling the dams. Very irresponsible.

Poor planning for this holiday weekend (Labor Day 2018)nGrass is above ankles. We had to mow our own sites to help control bugs
