Pets at Peace prepared a beautiful remembrance for two of our cats - one in 2017 and one this month. Phil has done a wonderful job for us. I highly recommend them for not only their reasonable prices but for their excellent workmanship, their caring, and their obvious love of animals.
Phil was so kind . I asked for a paw print be made in clay and told him I would pay extra for it. When I picked up my sweet pugs ashes the box was beautifully done and the certificates and the clay paw print and when I tried to tip him 30 extra dollars he absolutely would not accept it . If you love your pet and want great caring service these are the people to call. Thier prices are affordable and the service is kind and respectful. 5 stars. Thank you so much Phil !
I was so sad to have to put down my Lacey girl.. I love animals and I never like seeing anything in pain. I am so thankful to Pets at Peace for giving me the ability to bring her to back to her final resting place. She roamed our 5 acre lot for nearly 10 years and now she will be on her favorite land forever. Thank you Phil!
Phil agreed to provide a headstone for Carley and was paid over $300 to do so more than a year ago. I received a call a few weeks ago that reported this had not been done. I have called, I have texted ... no reply from Phil ... I can only believe, at this point, that he never intended to do as he said he would when he took our money.
I had my pet cremated here from my vets office recommendation, I believe I am lucky to have recieved his remains at all, I had requested a pawprint as well and upon returning my remains Phil said he left the pawprint on the desk and said he would bring it back and that was a month ago and now he never answers or returns my phone calls, I just wanted as much of my pet as possible to come back home. I am please with the remains, customer service however is unacceptable.
