It’s sad to say I’m only giving one star. We love the furniture. The service was great. They delivered several items that were damaged, but were replaced within a week. My issue is that I made the mistake of financing with them. I made several payments, but they lost the Jan 2021 payment. It took several emails and about ten calls to “resolve” the missing payment issue. Ultimately, they credited the payment for the date they corrected it, not the date they cashed the bill pay check sent by my financial institution. One representative refused to let me speak with a supervisor and hung up on me. When the supervisor called me she said there was nothing else they will do. I have since filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Paying interest on your mistake is unacceptable and it should not take 19 days to resolve when I sent the proof of payment to them.
Awesome experience purchasing furniture from this location. The store manager Sabrina Vargas was amazing...assisted me w/furniture for my new home and was very professional along w/informative about the product information, very knowledgeable regarding measurements/sizes, heaviness of the furniture I was interested in.... Excellent sales & customer service at this location.
Desiree was our sales rep. She was very helpful in helping us pick out our furniture. We will definitely be going to see her for our next purchase.
Bought a bedroom set from them and was told it would be delivered end of December 2020. We still don’t have all of it. They delivered a dresser and they have no idea when we will get our Chester drawer. We spent over 2K thousands dollars and they can’t tell me anything about where or when we will get our furniture. BUYER BEWARE!!! It may take you months to get all your furniture.
Drove an hour to pickup my furniture and it wasn’t there. We verified that it would be there and it wasn’t. Wasted several hours and still no furniture.nnAlso manager wouldn’t even talk to me. She walked behind the wall and wouldn’t come out.
