Mike and Mark in the furniture area have always been extremely helpful and polite to every customer I've seen when I visit. There's a new girl there now too named Sunny, who also is very helpful and polite! These are the kinds of people who make customers feel welcomed and never ignored.
Sunny gave me great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs and questions. She is a great asset to Roses. A+++ service and prices.
My elderly Mother needed a piece of furniture that was unfortunately sold out. Your associate went above and beyond to order the item and assure us it would be available in a few weeks. It was such a blessing to us!
Mike was extremely caring with not only me but every customer who came near him..when my sister and I approached the area he was in he immediately acknowledged us and assured he would be right with us...when it was our turn to be serviced; while helping us he still acknowledged the other customers, he spoke letting then know he would be right with them and he made eye contact..what great customer service. .Thank you for making us feel valued..you are definitely an asset to Rose's. .well done .
