During this epidemic I felt totally safe because they were following safety procedures. The staff was courteous and well trained. The rooms were emaculate and relaxing. Highly recommended. My experience was in the Cary location as there are different ones.
I would not recommend this location. Rude employees and managers, terrible customer service.
Kevin has been the best massage therapist I've seen in the few years I've had my membership with Hand and Stone Cary Preston. He not only massaged but also stretched out my problem areas and also gave me advice on how to manage them from home.
