Very good service, they offer you some snacks. Have been to many Nail Salons, this is the best one yet. Professional and respectful staff. Come here and you will not regret.
I came to this salon, to do a manicure shellac and a pedicure! The service was superb, and the new owner was very friendly. The technicians were extremely well trained, and did a very good job. This is my new favorite place. I will come here very often.
The last time I used their services, I requested an appointment for a deep power service because I was advised that it would be a good treatment for my very fragile nails, however, the person assigned to my service performed acrylic nails instead of deep power.nI had never done tip application before, so I had no knowledge of the process that was going on until I realized that the stylist had started applying nail polish instead of deep power. I asked for a person who could explain what was going on (because unfortunately I could never communicate fluently with the stylist in English) and I was told that it was a misunderstanding on the part of the stylist even when I made an appointment for deep power. At the end of the service I was recommended to continue with the acrylic nail process because removing them and performing a new process for deep power would be more detrimental to my nails. At the end of the service, I have to pay for the service I did not request. In the end, I can say that I never had a solution for the big mistake made by the staff.nThe review I assigned to my service is based on the unpleasant experience I had and the consequences of this process on my nails. In addition to the dissatisfaction that I pay for a service that I did not request and that I regrettably entrust to the stylist.
Writing this on my sons account. First I wanna say the staffs are very respectful, and very skilled. Affordable prices.
Overcharged for my service. Pamphlet says $30 gel manicure and $40 herbal pedicure. I also removed polish. Walked out paying $90 before tip. Realized when I looked at my receipt that I was overcharged. Normally Before they rebranded I would come see Nina, this was a huge turn off for me and I’m not coming back.nnAlso, service was rushed and they did both mani and pedi at the same time- def not a $90 experience. Many other nail salons in the area, don’t come here.
