F W Webb Malden has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. From the manager Jeff who bent over backwards to take care of our problem to the showroom manager Deb who made calls on her day off to Gabriella the salesperson in the showroom who knows her products it is a pleasure to deal with them. I have been dealing with contractors for the last four months and these people really know how to take care of a customer.
Had a warranty is due with a Bradford-White water heater recently. Jeff, the manager, at the Malden store, was very helpful and patient. He took the time to call Bradford-White and straighten out the discrepancy. He also spoke with the contractor/plumber and put all the arrangements in place for reimbursement, so I didn't have to.
