We had a fantastic remodel completed through Daniel and Best Custom Cabinets. I would recommend Best Custom Cabinets and Daniel if you are looking for a high quality, unique and custom project. We went through the process of taking bids from a handful of other contractors and Lowes before choosing Daniel. We were doing a complete kitchen remodel, flooring, cabinets, granite, lighting, appliances, new windows, new front door - a complete overhaul. Every other contractor created plans that basically re did and moved around slightly the same blue print of our kitchen and dining room. Daniel came up with an entirely new way of approaching the project. He presented a completed transformation, of swapping out where the kitchen was and dining room was and moving each one of them in a flip flop. While initially skeptical as to how this would work, as I saw the blueprints and layout presented, it was truly a much more functional, appealing and attractive option and route to take for the remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. The visionary idea of switching the locations of the kitchen and dining rooms, has allowed for a more open and flowing room, with much more light and better functionality. The craftsmanship put into the custom cabinetry and granite counters and island is top notch. While it may have taken a couple weeks longer than originally projected, the end results were fantastic. The pricing came in similar to the box-cookie-cutter approached we were bid from, only with Daniel we got a complete transformation with higher end finishes and product. I found Daniel to be extremely fair, in fact he allowed us to pay some of the additional incurred costs out over an extended time period. If you are looking for a true craftsman and someone who has a vision to your project from a custom builder's viewpoint, than I highly recommend Daniel and Best Custom Cabinets. I see some mixed reviews on here, but we had a wonderful experience working with Daniel and found him easy to work with and look forward to him remodeling our master bathroom next on our list. 5 Stars!

Daniel is probably one of the most difficult people I have ever had to deal with in my life. He was never clear on schedule (even his workers didn't know the plans or when they were coming back). He was aggressive and dismissive of our concerns. The project was supposed to be done in 6 weeks and took over twice that long. He told us we needed to lower our expectations after we had to have floor redone 3 times because of damage done in the sanding process and a shoddy sealant job. Even his own people were saying that it should be redone. A couple of the cabinets were damaged in installation. He tried to charge us to replace the damaged cabinets. It really was a surreal process. He called us names, told us to dream on in multiple occasions and even sent us a picture of his bank account to show he had money in it for some reason. He wouldn't even listen to any of our concerns or questions. He kept trying to charge us for things that his people never did, but wouldn't make adjustments for the changes in the projects. He clearly had no idea what was going on. At one point he came to my house when my wife was home demanding a check. He pounded his fist on the counter and made my wife very uncomfortable. He has a temper that gets out of hand quickly. If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would, but alas 1 out of 5 is the lowest. I would recommend steering clear of this place if you value your sanity.

I came to BCC to have Kitchen cabinets made for a remodel I was doing. I met Silvi in the showroom and was impressed with her knowledge of cabinetry. She had Daniel contact me and arranged for him to come and assess our remodel. Daniel worked with me combining his ideas and experience with my visions. Our kitchen turned out wonderful. A complete transformation of space. I love each morning I walk into the new kitchen. Much more open and inviting. I also decided to have him do new custom vanities in both bathrooms, as I was so pleased with the kitchen. The cabinets are great quality. The installation was timely and professional. BCC prices are reasonable and competitive. I have a new project in another house that I have recently contacted Daniel and Silvi about. Can’t wait to get started! I highly recommend BCC.

I worked as a cabinet maker for several years before completing my undergraduate and graduate educations and have a well-trained sense for quality woodworking. As a professional, I have also worked with Best Custom Cabinets for several years and know its owner, Daniel Ivan, personally. Accordingly, I am familiar with work Best Custom Cabinets has done on a number of projects. I also had Best Custom Cabinets do the granite stonework for the fireplace and hearth in my own home. All of the work Best Custom Cabinets has done that I have observed or inspected including the work in my own home has been of the utmost quality. I also know Mr. Ivan to be a reasonable man of high integrity. So, without hesitation, I can whole-heartedly recommend Best Custom Cabinets for any woodworking, tile or stone work.

We had an excellent experience with Best Custom Cabinets. We had visited numerous showrooms and cabinet workshops for our kitchen remodel and found it difficult to find a business to meet our needs of a modern look, non-standard sizes, and budget. Through Daniel's ingenuity in cabinet design, he was able to come up with cabinet designs that were within our budget. Custom cabinets are not as pricey as you are led to believe. The showroom downstairs also offers up-to-date tile and countertop options. The entire remodel was also completed by BCC in a timely manner. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Best Custom Cabinets for any project that involves cabinets!
