Avoid at all costs. Raul will take your money and run. We had to have someone come in and finish his work, and rework much of what had already been “done”
What cabinetmaker with over ten years of experience cannot order the correct size drawers to fit cabinet boxes that he himself designed? Should have walked away at that moment. Dude’s a hack and a thief, and that’s being generous.
Raul does not have a great concept of business ethic. We have been trying to get the rest of our cabinets since April 2018 and it's now Nov. 2018 and still nothing. He does not return calls in a timely manner nor does he follow through on set expectations. I will note he works with Mike Maddocks and Mike is the same, very poor business ethic and no concept of what communication or setting expectations means.
