Let me start by saying that the staff in this store is nothing but EXCELLENT. In fact, more than excellent, EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I visit for several different things, for either for business cards, dropping off mail or even for a pen, I am always greeted and asked if I need any type of help. EVERYONE that works in this store is super DUPER nice. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful for all type of crazy inquiries I walk in with. Angela helped me on some business cards I ordered for my friends' shop, they came out PERFECT. Raven, I believe she told me she was new but still was very kind and proficient. I wish I could name them all but I can't remember their names, but every single person that works either in the floor, cash register, and the guys and gals in the shipping area have been not great but EXCELLENT employees and a definite asset to Staples. I keep coming back just for this crew!

Very disappointed in this store . I bought a 20-21 calendar-planner from this location which was absolutely beautiful. It was not until today I started looking at the end of the calendar July onward and noticed the August and onward repeated June and July and subsequent months were backwards . I called the store today and let them know this was just disco and she said oh don’t worry we know I have been throwing them away like crazy. She told me to come in and I told her I would when my husband returned . Four months later I obviously don’t have or can find a receipt and the book didn’t even have a barcode on it to scan . So, they wouldn’t let me exchange so I’d just have to keep a defective book . It’s not my fault you sold me defective material and furthermore there was no barcode on the book for you to scan . Now I’m without a planner-calendar and lost my money . Won’t go there anymore .

Until last week, I would have given this Staples location 5 stars. I’ve brought many printing orders over the past two years, and I’ve always been pleased with their customer service and personal attention. Many of the employees at the custom printing counter even remembered my name. But based on my experience last week, I would rate it zero stars because of how they responded, or failed to respond, to my request that a customer at that counter pull his mask up over his nose. I felt very unsafe, and I left without getting my project printed. It seems that Staples values the customer breaking the rules more than the customer complying with the rules. Very disappointing.

I had a bad experience attempting to buy an office chair at Staples in Texas year ago. I moved to NC And needed a new chair so I figured new state, new store. However this experience was no different. I watched the salesman enter the order in the store at Brier Creek and he told me it would be ready Tuesday. I drive all the way there and they tell me it was sent to another store not anywhere nearby but weren’t sure if it was even put together. Total cluster! Never again.

I gave 5 stars because I wasted like 2 hours trying to print a few pieces of paper at multiple other franchises just to find out they didn't print docs, did copies only, weren't open past 5, or cost a fortune. Staples provided super simple printing at a reasonable price. We won't be replacing our printer as we only need it a few times a year and Staples is so simple it will save us a fortune in dry ink.
