It will be nice if they can have a separate line for pickup. Staff is not very helpful, what is the point of ordering in advance when I have to spend same time standing in queue for pickup.nI asked a worker that I just have a pick she said wait in line please.nI think pick up should be quick and not like regular orders. Bagels are good but their service is very slow at brier creek location.

Unbelievably slow service. No communication. Not busy, just inattentive
Witnessed multiple staff members verbally abusing two customers who simply didn't understand the arbitrary signage directing traffic flow. I'm a service industry worker and I don't care how bad of a day you've had, you don't yell at and verbally abuse customers, especially when they are trying to approach the situation in a moderated way. Myself and the two other people in my party walked out without buying anything after the store workers refused to serve the people they were yelling at.
I love Bruegger's Bagels in Brier Creek! Consistently excellent customer service, organized and very clean during this Covid protocol time. I have other bagel places closer to my home but the service and the fresh delicious bagels at Brueggers Brier Creek keep me coming back. Keep up the great work and see you soon! Thank you and the team at this location for being awesome!
