Would give NO STARS if I could. Spoke to one employee a couple of days ago, explained to her that I needed a special order of cupcakes...A dozen Strawberry cake with buttercream icing. She was very pleasant and explained to me that they could definitely do this for me and to call back two days ahead to place the special order. Called back two days prior to needing the order (today) The guy that answered the phone told me that they do NOT take orders over the phone and that I needed to go to the website and place the order. I explained to him that what I needed was NOT on the website, hence me making the phone call. I told him exactly what the other employee had told me two days prior. He proceeded to RUSH me off the phone and said he will ask and find out if they can do it and give me a call back. Needless to say, I never received that call back. HORRIBLE customer service before I even had the chance to BECOME a first time customer!!! However, after reading these reviews, looks like i dodged a bullet anyway. Thanks to poor customer service over the phone, I will NEVER check for this place again. Called The Cupcake Shoppe and placed my custom order with NO PROBLEM. Thanks for saving me from WASTING my money!

The quality of these cupcakes have declined tremendously. I bought four cupcakes from here the other day and all of them were completely dry. They tasted like they have been sitting out for a few days. I couldn’t even get myself to finish them. I’ve had cupcakes from a local grocery store that tasted better than these. This was very disappointing especially being that I drove 20 minutes to get here. I will more than likely never be returning.

Truly used to love these cupcakes and I frequent this establishment a lot. For the last couple of visits made to Gigi’s, the cupcakes have tasted old and didn’t have the fresh taste that I was accustomed too. I gave it two stars because the icing was at least taste worthy.

This place was highly recommended to me. I could not have been more disappointed. The cupcakes were dry. The frosting was full of sugar grains; not at all creamy. I would never buy these again and certainly not at $4 per cupcake.

Got two chocolate cupcakes with what I thought was icing but tasted like cool whip. Very stale and very disappointed. $8.50 wasted. Will never shop here again. This was the second chance and the last. The first time was just as bad but gave benefit of doubt.
