I originally was looking on Amazon for a remote and cord for my adjustable bed base. I saw that it was coming from Bradley's so I called them to verify I was ordering the correct one. They were so helpful I decided to forego Amazon and order direct from Bradley's. It's a good thing too because I ordered the wrong cord and Matt emailed to let me know and got the right one in the mail for me. My bed works perfectly now. Shipping was super fast too.
I have an elderly friend that has an adjustable bed, but the remote no longer worked and he didn't know where to go. I did a search and found Salt Lake Mattress right away. I sent a picture of the old remote and Matt at Salt Lake Mattress had the same one in stock. It was shipped within a day of me ordering it.
