I had a most pleasant experience dealing with this company. The man I spoke to was very helpful. The remote for my Adjusta mattress was no longer working and he guided me through the process of purchasing and installing a new remote. With the help of a neighbor we got it working following the instructions for programming. I had no idea that the remote would wear out but now I can once again raise and lower my mattress. Not only was he helpful he upgraded my shipping to first class so that I would receive the remote earlier. Thank you very much.

Bought the first remote from this company through Amazon. Loved it and contacted this company re purchase of a second remote. Quick reply followed with directions to purchase the second directly at a lower price. Both orders received quickly and with complete directions. Matt was great to deal with. Highly recommended.
We had access to an adjustable bed base that did not have a remote. We knew nothing about the base and could find very little information about acquiring a replacement. I recently ordered a replacement remote for my Reverie Adjustable bed from SaltLakeMattress,com. They sent me the correct replacement remote, I received it in only a couple of days (much sooner than promised in the correspondence, accompanied with clear simple directions to program it, and they even paid the shipping which REALLY surprised me.. I think they are great and would recommend them to anyone looking for sleep related products. I know I will certainly review their products for my next adjustable mattress.
