I needed a remote for an adjustable bed and Matt took the time to verify it was the correct remote for my unit. Matt was very helpful and quick to return my request. I received the remote in a matter of days, used the pairing instructions that came with it and it works fine. A good organization with good people.
I am an out of state customer and I replaced one of my remote controls for my king size motion bed two years ago and I just replaced the other controller. It is important to send them front and back images of the controller. My local bed vendor told me I had a different model motion bed series than I actually owned. Bad Serta dealer. Thank you Steve and Matthew for your help.
I live in Florida and my wife's Serta adjustable bed remote died. I contacted my local store and all I got was the manufacturer's phone number which linked up to a robot calling service. No luck there at all. Found Matt on the Internet, explained my problem by email, and his response was almost immediate. I ordered a new remote from him in Utah(!) and had it in my hands several days later. Hooked it up and all is well now. What fantastic service! (I'm still waiting on a return call from that local dealer...) Matt is the fellow to deal with. He'll take care of your needs promptly even if they are as picayune as mine! FIVE STARS!
