Best homemade cake, very moist, I had the strawberry with a cream crunch strawberry filling, it was awesome. I had the chocolate as well and ate it before I left the parking lot. They have so many great dessert items. Stay away if you are trying to lose weight, you will crave their cakes.ns

I’ve used Archdale Bakery for years both personally and for business. I’ve had nothing but good experiences in the past. I work and live in Greensboro so going to this bakery isn’t a convenient location for me. I should have known better when I placed my order in advance, evidently I was speaking to the owner. She was rude and not helpful. I arrived to pick up my up my order at 8:30. I had ordered 2 dozen decorated Christmas cookies and a dozen Christmas cupcakes. The cupcakes weren’t made so they were made in a hurry and looked like it too. I was extremely disappointed because these were going to very special people. The owner offered to help me carry them out and even offered a refund. I wasn’t pleased but said no. When I was putting the cupcakes in the car, I noticed half of them were warm. Again disappointed, warm cupcakes with icing closed up in a container is going to be a mess. I went back in and asked for the cupcakes in the case which were decorated beautifully. While putting them in the cupcake container they mashed the tops, not so pretty any more. I got a refund and took the cupcakes only to be embarrassed when giving them to very special people. During this difficult pandemic, it is important to support local. Archdale Bakery will probably survive the pandemic and without my business. Even though they were busy with orders, they need to take pride in their products that leave the store. Unfortunately, I didn’t witness any of that...

WHEN I TELL YOU you HAVE to go here!! Listen to me! I can't brag enough. Everything I have had has been fresh and just right. Right mix of flavor...sweet but not too sweet. Brownies to die for, Cinnamon rolls are better than Cinnabon, cheesecake salad YUM!, strawberry crunch cake flatlined me lol. I LOVE EVERYTHING!

Strawberry crunch cake was excellent and the chocolate chip cookies are amazing. Friendly service, will definitely go back.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Greeted as soon as you enter, amazing staff and the selection was outstanding. Business worth getting up early for ud83dude0a
