Brad & his team were fantastic from start to finish. Our 1960's ranch kitchen needed a total overhaul and redesign. Brad really listened to our vision and used his professional knowledge to create a great design. He asked all the right questions and made suggestions that we never would have thought of ourselves (i.e., paying attention to the symmetry of cabinets, adding cabinets to make a wider island, etc). One thing we especially liked was his timeline to tell us what things were happening on which days. It was very specific and it managed our expectations of when things would be completed. That took a lot of stress off of us since we always knew when there would be people in the house and what exactly was going to be happening. Brad always responded quickly when we had questions and we were consistently impressed with the quality of professionals on his team. From the drywall pros to the plumber and electrician, everyone was very experienced. We are so happy with our new kitchen and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Great value. I rarely write reviews but I always rely on them when making such a huge decision. I have no hesitation recommending this team.

What can I say about Brad and Complete Renovations. I have had my fair share of dealings with Contractors and Renovation companies over the recent years and they were not pleasant for many reasons. Attention to detail, project management, and punctualness are my three things I try to look for in a contractor.nnBrad and his team at Complete Renovations came to our home around October. I immediately tested the waters by telling them if we sign now we need to be done before Christmas. Brad didn't even flinch, he not only showed me a KILLER design but delivered to me a fully laid out timeline on when each leg of the project would be done. This to me was unheard of!!nnNot only did he show up on time and faced every hurdle we threw at him with professionalism and positivity, he EXCEEDED our expectations AND finished the project a week early so our family could enjoy in when they arrived for Christmas. His crew were on time everyday when they said they were going to be there they were there.
