Spoke with Donna's Husband and he was so helpful and kind. Gave me updates on everything I needed to hear about shipping my item. Has the customer's best interest in mind. Told me about upcoming events and explained to me how my items would get to me safely using Davie over at a neighborhood shipping service. He put my mind at ease and is a great business to buy from. I am excited to buy from Klein Auction, I know I'll be taken care of. No worries here from Florida!

I moved to Florida and and I’m unable to attend the live auctions at Kleins auction gallery. However, I am able to get online for their auctions. I have won several online bids, and have been extremely satisfied with their shipping service and pricing. Keep up the good work!

Used the AuctionZip system for online bidding for Klein's auction. The system showed I was the winning bidder on 4 items, at the close of the lot and at the end of the whole auction. The next day I was told I did not win these lots. I was planning on using these items for presents, and would have continued to bid if provided the right information. Clearly there was a failure with the web system that Klein's auction uses. They told me they use 2 separate online bidding systems, so when bidding on one the two platforms are obviously not talking to each other in a timely manner. Most auction houses use only one bidding platform to avoid conflicts. When talking to Klein's auction no satisfaction or recourse was provided. I would strongly recommend not using online bidding with Klein's auction.

I have been consigning for several years mainly furniture have done very well. There has been several items that I was blown away with how much they got. In a good way.. great place I would recommend them highly..!!!!!
