Some things are over priced but staff is great and love the environment
Never disappointed going here.. normally find what I need or looking for. For the most part employees are alright.. but most of them don’t know anything about the department their working. Know what you’re wanting/looking for before going.
This location is the only location in NC that carries the delta 36-725 table saw. I called in to confirm the online availability of the saw and was told there were 2 in store. I drove an hour to purchase this saw. I was told upon arrival that even though it shows as being in stock they can't find it. After around 1 hour of waiting on the manager to check if he could find it I was told he didn't know anything. That I should check the Wilson store. I told him I knew they didn't have them. I asked for them to wave the shipping fee since this was there mistake and he flat out said nope. Thanks for wasting 3 full hours of my life.
