Very happy with my experience. The salesperson was not pushy, unlike some of the other store’s employees. Including shipping the price was half of what the other stores charged. The delivery guys were professional. All around great experience, I will be shopping there in the future.
The one star review from Dominic is true. Took them three times to get us a couch. Told us we have store credit for the difference (could provide no proof of store credit. Told us to ask for the same guy next time. There won't be a next time.) we paid in cash for the original couch that they said wouldn't fit, refused even a partial refund, second couch they said wouldn't fit. Third one they sent us was from off the floor display and still had dog hair on it. Charged us multiple delivery fees.nnWould never shop here again. Thanks Kevin for scamming us.
Shopping for decent looking furniture for an investment property to be used as an AirBNB. Had shopped around other stores, but found the perfect pieces at Allen Wayside Furniture Outlet. We were able to find several complimentary pieces at the fraction of the cost of other stores we visited. The quality was good and the salesperson was professional and very pleasant. The Furniture Outlet is a great resource. Glad we found it!

It's pretty amazing the one star reviews here have either no context or it's someone complaining about an ad they don't like.nnPlace is clean, selections are good, and the staff don't try to sell to you. They greet you at the door, tell you they're around if you need help, and let you shop in peace. Which is fantastic.
