Lillian was very helpful. I purchased a king bed onJan 29 and was scheduled to have it delivered on Jan 30. I was able to swap it to a queen bed the morning before delivery and returned for my refund later that day. I can’t wait to come back for my living room!
I went into the store Thurs & found an area rug that was just what I was looking. It had a sold tag on it & was the only one. I asked the customer service rep if there was ANY chance of ordering another one for me. Michelle at the Roses in Dunn NC took my name & number & put out an email to see if any other store had one. Today Michelle called me & she had found a rug for me & had it shipped to the Dunn NC store ! I was so happy that she actually followed up tried her best to help me & she was wonderful ! I will continue to shop here because of employees like Michelle! I have my rug ! Thanks to her !nAnnette Starling
