Found my Pipe repairing materials
So my dude Matthew that was covering the plumbing department was super helpful...He said it wasn't his department but he rather help me to make sure I got everything I needed...nCashiers were decent but would have helped if two of them didn't assist the customer shopping in line and just went ahead and started checking people out...nOverall good experience and can't thank Matthew enough
Nobody help me nobody was around to help
Purchased a new home so I bought all of my appliances from the Erwin Lowe’s as it was closest to my home for delivery. They also were competitive with their pricing and that sealed the deal for me. After installation, the dryer drum wouldn’t turn. Contacted Maytag and they sent a technician out who informed me the motor was bad. Since I was within 30 days of purchase, I was able to contact Lowe’s and get a free exchange. They came out the very next morning by 8am and swapped the dryer out - they even made sure it worked appropriately before leaving.nnI’ve been to the store on multiple occasions since purchasing my home and typically find everything I’m looking for. I will say you can’t always trust the In Stock number on the website so probably best to call or just swing by if you’re needing multiples of an item. Very convenient location and thus far I haven’t waited in line for an eternity trying to checkout.
First bad visit. Online ordered item 'disappeared' before I could pick up (within 24hrs). Requested a replacement be sent to my home. Would not do. Was given option to by different but similar item. Rating may drop if it doesn't meet wife's need. Poor handling of their internal problems.
