My partner and I walked into Ashley’s thinking we wouldn’t like anything. Josh greeted us at the door, walked us through suggestions, and answered all my weird questions (will a PS5 fit in this entertainment center? Will this fabric catch too much cat hair?) I loved that there was no stress to buy anything - I don’t like shopping under pressure. We ended up grabbing a new dining set, couch set, and a new bed. Definitely coming back once we know what else our home needs. Thank you, Josh! You’re the best!
2 minutes agonI had a phenomenal time searching for the right piece of furniture that would suit me especially because my home furnishing consultant Esteban was such a great help! Everything was explained to be in detail so that I understood exactly what I was getting and when I would be getting it. Everyone was very nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in the store. Relaxing on the furniture to test it out is a plus! I am so glad I made this decision! I will be returning again!
Esteban was the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He worked hard to answer all our questions and make sure we got what worked best for all our needs without the normal pressure that you find with most sales associates. The furniture arrive way faster than we were expecting and the delivery drivers were amazing!
Esteban was my home furnishing consultant and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, informative, and just plain nice, as were the other customer service reps. It took me two hours to make up my mind and he was with me all the way. I definitely will go back. Ask for Esteban!
We were looking for a love seat recliner. Esteban was extremely helpful and showed us a new arrival. The Man Den line (I guess someone has Man Cave trademarked)nHe was patient and thorough when pointing out all of the features. And there are many.nI highly recommend both Esteban and the Man Den love seat
