My experience with Lazy Boy Greensboro was amazing! I was looking for a sectional. When we walked in We were greeted by James. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me several in the show room and even showed me other couches that thought would work for me. I finally decided on the Meyer sectional. James and Wendy were absolutely wonderful and made the ordering/buying process super easy. The gave me all the information and answered all of my questions. I would give them 10 stars!!! Just a wonderful experience all around!!

I was asked to do a survey and I normally don't. But for Jeff Malone who works for Lazy Boy… it was my pleasure! Okay where do I start...?nI first called Lazy Boy Furniture to ask if they have a sale and Mr. Jeff Malone said yes and he explained what the sales are. So, my husband and I went to lazy boy furniture, we open the door and started to look around. A sales person did notice us… BUT out comes a man with a smile in his eyes saying HELLO welcome to Lazy Boy, how may I help you? I said we are looking for Jeff he said I am he, how may I help you? I explain what I was looking for and Mr. Malone took us where we needed to be. He did not crowd us and he did not pressure me to buy anything. Mr. Malone even got a wonderful designer to assist me and my husband! In short if you want to buy something and be treated with respect!! Go to Lazy Boy Furniture and ask for Mr. Jeff Malone, he will give you the red carpet treatment. Did I say everyone had masks on? Well they did… so your health is valued too!nThank you Mr. Malone for all you did for me and my husband. I hope when my custom furniture comes to my home… I hope to be just as happy as I am with the customer service Mr. Malone provided on 2-9-2021. (You never know who will buy BIG in a store) Mr. Malone treats you as a valued customer and I love-love that!

After searching for months at every furniture store within 3 counties we finally ended up at LAZboy. From the moment we walked in James kindly greeted us and helped us in a manner that we had not received at any other store. We were blown away when we told him what we needed and he said it could be done. (We needed very specific pieces due to oddly shaped living room) James replied that everything could be customized! No pressure. We didn’t feel like he was pushy. Just a great experience overall. As far as the furniture we will not get it for a couple of months due to it being on back order. But the customer service was superb.

Diane was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable about the Lift recliners Gave us info needed to pick the chair for me and my needs. We placed an order and our recliner should be here in April. We ordered a chair cover that was coming in April instead of a special fabric which would’ve taken 9 months to come in. Orders Aston premium lift chair with lumbar and headrest operation in a silver gray fabric. Can’t wait for my new recliner. Thank you
