Heard they had a sale, went to the store, man named Wes helped us find exactly what we needed. He was very patient with us while we took our time trying different beds. Wife and I very satisfied with our experience. Wes clearly knew the various mattresses and was very helpful (without pressure) to make sure mattress fit our needs and price point. I am highly satisfied with my mattress! I ordered a extra firm luxury (beauty rest) mattress through mattress firm and received my delivery in just 3-5 days. Seriously, I will not go to another mattress distributor in my life time. Mattress firm has kept my best interest at heart, and provided amazing customer service in the process. All while ensuring me my hearts desire in my mattress and making sure I am a completely satisfied customer 100%.
