We went in there with my 2 little sisters, they would not let us order without a mask and the workers kept rolling their eyes because the little ones didn’t know what they wanted. they were being rude as hell about everything in that store. i’ve always had a great time there with the workers but the ones now are rude as hell. never again.

It’s pretty bad that you can go into a restaurant to eat with out a mask however you go into cold stone to get ice cream not like you can eat inside and they refuse to serve you without a mask i totally get mask saves lives and all but some people have medical or personal reasons for not wearing one and they can’t even have ice cream from here. Worst of all the guy behind the counter was totally rude as hell about it.

I recently took my children here during the mask wearing rule. We all followed the rule however a separate group came in without masks. When they were advised by the employees that they needed masks to be inside. The group was verbally rude to the cold stone crew. This did not shake up the staff as they went outside of the store and took the groups order. They staff was extremely friendly the whole time in dealing with the unmasked group. The staff was also great in dealing with my children and their slow decision making process. I was very impressed and I will be back. Whoever said chick-fil-a has the best service has clearly never been to this cold stone creamery.

Good service and good ice cream

Was excited to go after dinner. Been a while. I was disappointed. They did well with masks, following social distance, and customer count inside. But I got a cup. Two ice creams and Oreos. Well, two flavors not mixed, and the Oreos placed on top, after it was chopped up and about a third of it fell on the floor. Wasn't mixed in. So. Ok. But the flavors were bland, and I couldn't even tell the difference between the two unmixed ice cream flavors. I ate about a quarter of it, and threw it out. I was with two other people. We all threw our ice cream out. None of us ate even half. One of us had plain chocolate ice cream. It didn't taste like chocolate, and was all ice crystals. Very disappointed.
