My visit today was mixed. I found exactly what I was looking for, great prices, and a great business model for buying today but picking up when I have the right vehicle. I was encouraged that all the customers were masked and practiced safe distancing. I was appreciative of the friendly, helpful customer service rep who answered my questions. All that was great! But not a single employee was wearing a mask and there were no visual cues (like spacing guides for those standing in line to check out) in place. Let's be clear. I like this store, and love their prices! But this discouraged me, so I'm sharing my review in hopes that management considers insisting that employees mask up just like all the customers. For their own safety and ours.

I love this place but for it to be a warehouse for used or resale, it's awfully more expensive when I compared prices of high end items to the same items at places like lumber liquidators. And the staff doesn't really interact with you unless you interact with them first. A lot of customers like to be greeted at least. Not really a gripe of mine just more if a suggestion I guess.

My husband and I went there today to get some flooring for our home. The ladies there were very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. We got a great price on everything so we're totally happy & satisfied with our visit.

Always great deals but lately they aren't getting many trucks in so some inventory is low. All the years I've been going there this is the first time I had to leave empty handed. Normally great selection and great prices.

Great place for flooring they have awesome prices on remnants and even full rolls. Have been coming here for years doing remodels.
